Just to remind you that we are going ahead with the BHRA open gardens on Saturday 5th Sept. Those who have already signed up have fixed start times, and once they have visited the gardens are welcome to cross the road to Sarah’s house, Old Apple, for tea.
Anyone else who would like to join please come to Old Apple, Bathwick Hill first ( near White Lodge bus stop above Cleveland Walk on left had side going uphill ). We will allot a time to visit the gardens.
Teas will be served at Old Apple, please bring your face masks to wear near the tea serving area and when helping yourselves to cake.
The gardens at 5, 6, 7 and 15, Bathwick Hill will be open access will be via Madiera Walk and will be marked.
We are not charging for this event but please put something in the box for tea and we will donate any surplus over costs to the charity Julian House which has been very busy helping the homeless during the Covid crisis.
The weather forecast is good, but if it is wet on Saturday please check the web site, as the event is outside we will cancel if it is really cold and wet.
